Expat Relocation Estonia
The basic module, language training and thematic modules of family life, working and entrepreneurship, and children and young people are carried out by Expat Relocation Estonia.
Expat Relocation Estonia OÜ is a company established in 2013 whose main activity is to provide various support services to foreign specialists who migrate to Estonia. The list of services offered to expats is extensive and ranges from counselling before and upon arrival, organisation of arrival to resolving legal issues and various everyday life situations.
The company has excellent know-how, experience and wide partner networks for providing adaptation and language trainings to foreigners who migrate to Estonia.

The thematic module on studying is carried out by the Archimedes Foundation, which was established as an independent institution in 1997 for processing international education and research programmes in Estonia.
Archimedes is the leading institute that mediates Estonian and European Union education and research. It is the integrator of Estonian and EU education systems via cooperation programmes and projects, and the creator of conditions for participation in programmes via the accreditation of higher education and assessment of research.

Estonian Research Council
The thematic module on research is carried out by Estonian Research Council (ETAg).
ETAg, established in 2012 on the basis of the Estonian Science Foundation, is a state agency whose objectives are to:
- support research mobility and popularise
- analyse research information and the impact of financing decisions;
- promote international research cooperation.

International Migration Organisation in Estonia (IOM Estonia)
The thematic module on international protection is carried out by IOM Estonia.
IOM is the leading inter-governmental organisation in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners. IOM works to help ensure the orderly and humane management of migration. Since the establishment of IOM Estonia its main activities have been as follows:
- cultural orientation for asylum seekers and beneficiaries of international protection
- assisted voluntary return and reintegration
- technical cooperation and capacity-building of
- awareness-raising among the public
